He and the Legislature have done a lot to try to keep Louisiana open for business by not acting on lots of the wacky ideas some folks would like to import from Florida. Kudos to the commish and the legislative leadership!

Kind of makes you wonder what new exclusions their policies have and who would be dumb enough to trust them? How many lawsuits has State Farm lost and how many were settled only because of the lawsuits already won? If you like litigation you’ll like State Farm come claim time.
