Peter Lauve, of Abilene, Texas, has been picked as president of Texas-based Insurors Group, effective Oct. 8.
As president, Lauve, also a partner with CBS Insurance located in Abilene, will lead a leading network of agents in the state, which recently was ranked as the 32nd largest privately owned independent insurance agency in the nation by Insurance Journal .
Lauve will be responsible for setting and reaching goals that help advance the overall direction of the organization. Lauve currently operates as a Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter and a Certified Workers’ Comp Advisor.
He also has served and/or chaired on the board of many Abilene community and non-profit organizations.
