The IMA Financial Group Inc., a diversified financial services company specializing in insurance, asset and risk management with 450 employees and offices in seven markets across the nation, announced that Ron Prince has joined IMA of Texas as director of client services.
Prince brings significant experience in property and casualty insurance, risk management and alternative risk transfer mechanisms, such as captives. Prince also has international insurance expertise, and he counsels international companies on insurance strategies for worldwide operations. At IMA, he will focus on expanding IMA’s services for hospital and health care industry clients.
Prince began his insurance career in 1977 as a multi-lines adjustor and claims manager for a regional insurance carrier in Texas. He has also worked as the director of insurance and corporate claims management for an international Fortune 1000 corporation. He has spent his agency career providing insurance services at Texas-based regional and national brokerages.
Prince earned his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and he holds professional designations including Associate in Claims and Senior Claims Law Associate.
