flori duh needs to learn about this from texas. i’d guess we have 50% uninsured here.
The problem is, they are looking at drivers who are licensed and vehicles which are registered. We have so many drivers who are not licensed and drive vehicles not properly registered. This increases the number of uninsured drivers.
