Austin, Texas-based Combined Agents of America LLC (CAA) announced that 13 of its 52 member agencies have been recognized as 2013 “Best Practices” agencies by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA or the Big “I”) and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management consulting firm.
In addition to Texas, CAA has members in Oklahoma and Kansas.
Two CAA members were the top-performers nationally in their revenue category: Pierson & Fendley was the top-performer for the revenue category of between $2.5 million to $5 million, and Weatherby-Eisenrich was the top-performer for the revenue category of between $1.25 million to $2.5 million.
A new high for CAA members, together the group contributed 10 out of the 27 Texas Best Practice agencies. Also, Texas led all the states with 27 Texas agencies qualifying as Best Practice Agencies.
