Even if the pension should be doubled, how long would it take this person to pay the $3 million judgement back to the City. At $7,500 monthly, it would take 400 months (that’s 33 1/3 years!!) to make the City whole on his abuse. How is it he can keep his pension at all given what transpired??
I don’t know how long or in what different capacities he served, but forget all the numbers. I believe that once the verdict was recorded, further pension should be FORFEITED.
