I sustained multiple injuries in 2010 at AT&T-referred to NeuroSurgeon for neck/back-have MRI’s-referred to Board Certified Foot/Ankle Surgeon for left Subtaler Fusion with 2 pens & sew tendon back together-have MRI’s/CT’s-nothing done-sent to Pain Management. Not been paid 700.00+ for past 48 weeks-have all TTD slips from Doctors. Have been sent to approx. 50 facilities-just been a circus-have horrific pain. There were 40 co-workers including managers and supervisors present-safety procedures not in place while in a training session. I have had right knee surgery only and physical therapy-October will be four years. Court next month. This is utterly inhumane!
