Granzow Joins Texas-Based RHSB as Vice President

Shellie Granzow has joined the Texas-based independent insurance brokerage firm, RHSB, as vice president of Personal Client Services and Private Client Practice Group. She brings with her an extensive background in personal and commercial property/casualty insurance, as well as work with high net worth clients.

This position is primarily responsible for the oversight of the Personal Client Services department including operation and staff, delivery of accurate and professional customer service to personal lines clients, as well as directly servicing select high net worth clients. She will also liaison with insurance carriers to maintain or further develop relationships. In this position, she will be responsible for meeting department and organizational revenue goals.

Granzow has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She has been working in management and sales positions the past eight years using a consultative sales approach. This approach aligns well with RHSB’s philosophy and mission.

She comes most recently from Insureon where she was vice president of Account Management and Business Development. She worked for Kenneth Fernandez American Family Insurance in Indiana in an outside sales and marketing role. Granzow also has past experience working for the carrier Midwest Employers Casualty Co.

Her volunteer experiences include Make-A-Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, Greyhound Guardians, and Great Lakes Greyhound Rescue. Her spirit of volunteerism aligns with RHSB’s corporate culture of giving back to its community, the company said.

RHSB is a member of Assurex Global, a privately held risk management and commercial insurance brokerage group. RHSB has offices in Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas.
