Techology providers are reluctant to get into the airpack market thanks to personal injury lawyers who will sue them everytime one fails. This is the problem with our legal system. When someone manufactures a “potentially” life saving piece of equipment, there is always the risk of the product failing for a variety of reasons. Still, it’s better than nothing. But lawyers have brainwashed people to believe that there should be a 100% guarantee that NOTHING should ever fail. That’s un-realistic. As for the lawyers, they contribute nothing positive to society. They seek out and capitalize on the misfortunes of others. In their weak minds, there is no such thing as an “accident”. Someone must always pay. What a pathetic profession.
