Where the heck were the parents? I raised four children and would never have allow a seven year old child to be out by herself not even to a playground on the property. Heck I didn’t even let them go outside and play alone and we owned 5 acres in the country. Anything can happen. It’s sad, it’s terrible and dying was too good for him but I would be blaming myself if I had not been there with my child and now they want to sue the complex.
There’s more to this story than the IJ reported. The lawsuit says that not only had there been complaints about the guy, but that he had a criminal history of child molestation.
As for where were the parents, the child was abducted while a babysiitter was supposedly watching the child.
I can’t blame the parents. Good, responsible parents hire babysitters all the time. You can’t be home with your kids 24/7.

Perhaps the shortest time served under a completed life sentence.

From what I’ve been told by LEO friends, child-molesters and the like sre particular targets in prison.
Nobody, not even the hardest gangbanger, tolerates a child abuser.
