    It would seem that Mr. Nunn will have a cushy retirement in prison with that pension. Now about state and government pensions financed on the backs of taxpayers….

    Unbelievable! That money should go back to the state. He won’t need it where he is.

      It is KY law; like it or not, KRS statutes do not allow pensions to be garnished.

      Money will be returned, possibly with interest, as the ruling was not consistent with the law.

      For future case, we should contact our legislators but on this one, the decision will be reversed.

    The most logical observation would be to note that once the pension kicks in, the lawsuit (if successful) will attach every last cent of it!

    How come Diana Ross’s name is mentioned in this report thought it was all about Amanda Ross.
