By purchasing commercial coverage directly through the company, business owners can see significantly lower premium rates. Commercial insurance packages cover the cars, trucks and vans used by small businesses such as contractors, retailers, caterers, professional services and others. In addition to providing protection for a variety of business vehicles, GEICO offers protection for business operations and property through the GEICO Insurance Agency.
GEICO offers commercial plans to both new and existing customers and can provide free rate quotes. GEICO (Government Employees Insurance Co.) is a member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies and handles auto insurance coverage for over 11 million private passenger auto policies and insures more than 18 million vehicles (auto & cycle).
GEICO also provides insurance quotes on motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), travel trailers and motorhomes (RVs). Coverage for boats, life, homes and apartments is written by non-affiliated insurance companies and is secured through the GEICO Insurance Agency, Inc. Commercial auto insurance and personal umbrella protection are also available.
