Keystone Insurers Group has added two new franchise partners in Georgia: Boswell Insurance Group of Athens and Ash/Welborn Insurance of Cornelia.
About the new Keystone partners:
Boswell Insurance Group – Formerly Hutchins, Cox, Stroud & Pierson, Boswell Group is the oldest agency in Athens, Ga. It was established in 1890 as a commercial real estate agency. The agency has expanded over the years to include real estate appraisal and insurance services. Mark Williams serves as agency manager and is also a producer. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he earned a bachelor’s of business administration in risk management.
Ash/Welborn Insurance – Established in 1991 by Joe Welborn, Ash/Welborn has offices in Cornelia and Hoschton. Welborn is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He began his insurance career in 1980 as an insurance producer and is involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia (IIAGA) and The Georgia Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA).
