Florida Gov. Scott Agrees to Limit Drug Testing of State Employees

    So taxpayers, which is worse: Having our tax dollars pay for those on drugs to collect welfare and unemployment, or pay for those on drugs on the government payroll?
    Same story with politicians. What’s good for America is not good enough for them!

      Well, perhaps the testing may apply to anyone driving a state vehicle or operating machinery on official business. Office workers are not much of a threat to safety even if they are pot heads.

        Can’t think of a job much worse than the FL DMV. If I worked there I’d probably need a good toke after work.

    I’m a taxpayer and it’s none of my business if someone is smoking a little pot on the weekend anymore that if they’re drinking a few shots of booze on the weekend. Random drug testing is for supervisors who are too lazy to actually supervise their employees and identify obvious signs of intoxication on the job and then take the steps necessary to discipline the offenders.
