eAutoclaims has signed a long-term contract with Pleasanton, Calif.-based Commerce West Insurance Company where it will provide its “bricks to clicks” Internet Claims System as an online claims management system. eAutoclaims looks to perform service amounting in excess of $2.4 million during the next year through its preferred provider network of more than 2,600 collision repair facilities and appraiser eLink application.
Commerce West Insurance looks to put the eAutoclaims system for managing its claims process to use in California and Oregon.
Since early May, Commerce West Insurance has been running on the Internet Claims System, the uses of which, according to the company, have grown after completion of initial testing and is rolling out to other claims staff.
