Torrance, Calif.-based ePolicy Solutions (www.epolicysolutions.com) announced it will integrate CGI’s Ratabase product suite into RightRisk™ to further enhance its Web-enabled policy administration technology. Ratabase is a powerful and flexible rating engine that lets business users maintain rating tables, rules and business logic and deploy them to any application on any platform.
“RightRisk’s modular architecture has been designed to incorporate industry-standard components for rating and documents. With our proprietary Extended Service Interface™, we are able to quickly integrate with third-party technology solutions and insurance company systems,” said Nick Richardson, senior vice president of sales at ePolicy Solutions.
Richardson added that the first implementation of the integrated technology, currently under way, is for a top 10 U.S. property and casualty carrier.
RightRisk pairs robust Java-based, object-oriented architecture with a Web interface for full policy processing end to end. It helps insurance businesses become more competitive by automating their underwriting, rating, quoting, binding and issuance processes online in real time at the producer, sub-producer and customer level.
