James S. Kennedy has been promoted to vice president, according to an announcement by William Newton, president of Lemac & Associates Inc. Kennedy works in the Los Angeles office as a broker specializing in all lines of property and workers’ compensation.
“His tremendous feel for how to layer complicated property accounts, along with his always up-to-date knowledge of our markets has earned him the trust of our clients and an ever increasing book of business resulting in this well deserved promotion,” according to Newton.
Kennedy joined Lemac in 1997. He has developed a very diverse book of business, including earthquake/DIC, fire, excess property, builders’ risk, ocean marine, inland marine and large workers’ compensation accounts.
