London American Becomes Preferred Facility for “A:XV” Insurer

London American General Agency Inc. announced that effective immediately they are a “Preferred” Commercial Property/Casualty Underwriting Facility for an “A:XV” insurer.

The underwriting authority particularly complements other London American authorities and they are excited about their relationship and the provision for up to 450 competitive classes. Up to $10,000,000 of property limits available in-house.

Classes eligible, rate and form are very favorable for small to medium sized accounts. Property, General Liability, Inland Marine and Crime coverages are available for commercial accounts.

The facility focuses on property driven accounts. The minimum premium is $2500. It utilizes the CPP form with extensions. Property extras include: EDP Equipment, Personal Belongings, Accounts Receivable, and many more. Landlords, equipment lessors & real estate managers are included as Additional Insureds.

The program is very competitive with retail and service accounts, office accounts and manufacturing. Habitational accounts will also be considered.
