Los Angeles-based claims administrator David Morse & Associates will be handling all claims for a new non-standard auto insurance program being sold in California by Sun Coast General Insurance Agency.
As part of the coordinated effort to provide superior service to Sun Coast customers, DM&A has assumed the handling of all outstanding Sun Coast claims, and has incorporated the claims staff of Coast Insurance Adjusters into DM&A in order to provide seamless service. Coast Insurance Adjusters was the dedicated claims entity that previously handled all claims resulting from business written by Sun Coast.
The carrier for the new Sun Coast program is State National Insurance Company of Fort Worth, Texas.
David Morse, Chairman of David Morse & Associates, stated: “Working with Sun Coast is something we have wanted to do for a long time. Their reputation and the quality of their people are just outstanding. We feel our attention to customer service and financial results will be a good match with the standards Sun Coast sets in the industry. And we are very pleased to have a new office in California, our twentieth in the state..”
