CBIZ Inc. has acquired Valley Global Insurance Brokers of San Jose, California effective Jan. 1, 2006.
Founded in 1999, Valley Global is a property and casualty insurance broker focusing primarily on the construction and technology industries. Valley Global has 11 employees, recorded approximately $1.5 million in revenue during the past 12 months and will be immediately integrated into the company’s Northern California Benefits & Insurance operations.

CBIZ provides integrated services in the following areas: accounting and tax; employee benefits; wealth management; property and casualty insurance; payroll; IS consulting; and HR consulting. CBIZ also provides internal audit; Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance; valuation; litigation advisory; government relations; commercial real estate advisory; wholesale life and group insurance; healthcare consulting; medical practice management; and capital advisory services.
