The program features a maximum limit of $5 million, a minimum premium of $2,500 and a minimum deductible of $2,500. Perils include basic, broad and special forms. Commission is 16 percent.
Coverage includes household contents, additional living expense, other structures and building ordinance. Requirements include dwelling property coverage only, no heavy brush areas coverage, and 250-foot brush clearance required in borderline brush area. There is no fine arts, furs, jewelry or collectibles coverage.
