ABD Insurance and Financial Services, a Division of Wells Fargo Insurance Services, has added Andrej “Andy” Stoelting as a producer/broker in the company’s Redwood City, Calif., headquarters.
Formerly an associate litigator for Haight Brown & Bonsteel in San Francisco, Stoelting brings expertise in construction law. He will concentrate on new business production and assist clients and colleagues with contract review, exposure analysis and claims advocacy.
His legal focus has been predominantly on construction litigation – defending developers, general contractors and subcontractors in lawsuits involving commercial and residential defect, delay and injury claims. He has worked closely with construction experts and leading industry professionals in crafting aggressive settlement strategies.
