National Advantage Insurance Services Inc. (NAIS) has added a new nonadmitted market for artisan/service contractor general liability in California.
Target classes include but are limited to commercial building construction, maintenance and service trades and for residential service contractors with “no” current or past new residential construction work. Limits will go as high as $1 million/$2 million. The carrier is rated “A-” IX. New brokers are welcome to inquire. A 12.5 percent commission will be offered to new business written.
