Sorn Harn and Horst Lechler have formed Harn & Lechler Insurance Services LLC, a wholesale insurance brokerage specializing in placing tough and difficult casualty and property risks with admitted and nonadmitted insurance carriers. The company will have offices in Castro Valley, Calif., and Sierra Madre, Calif.

The following lines of business are brokered: builders' risk, COC, commercial general liability, contractors, DIC, earthquake and flood, employment practices liability, products liability and property all risk/special perils.
