Aon Consulting Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., has appointed Michael Hilton senior vice president, Health and Benefits Practice leader of the San Francisco office.
Hilton has more than 14 years of professional experience and will oversee the Health and Benefits practice by managing existing clients and developing new client relationships. His expertise lies in retirement and medical plans, as well as funding alternatives and plan financial management for clients. Most recently, he was principal of Mercer’s Health and Benefits practice, focusing on client management. Previously, Hilton spent 12 years with Towers Perrin in the U.S. and Australia focusing on plan financial management. He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
