In an expansion of its California operations, E.P.I.C (Edgewood Partners Insurance Center), a retail property, casualty and employee benefits insurance brokerage, recently acquired Complete Insurance Services in Irvine, Calif.
“Complete Insurance Services brings an excellent sales culture and experienced staff,” said E.P.I.C. Co-founder Dan Francis. “This gives us a greater geographic footprint in Southern California, with offices in Los Angeles, Orange and Irvine.”
The acquisition expands E.P.I.C.’s market presence in the construction, architecture, engineering, hospitality and oil and gas industries. It also brings E.P.I.C.’s overall staff presence in California to exceed 250 employees.
The new Irvine office is managed by Anthony J. D’Asaro. D’Asaro has more than three decades of experience in the commercial insurance industry in Southern California. He has held senior management positions at large national and regional brokerages and was most recently the president and CEO of Complete Insurance Services.
