Aliso Viejo, Calif.-based LaBarre/Oksnee insurance brokers announced that it has promoted Jeff Leane to the newly created vice president of sales position. Leane is charged with leading the development and implementation of sales strategy and growing the company’s sales organization.
He has more than 18 years of home owners’ association (HOA) experience, substantial organizational leadership and strong client relationships. Leane was originally hired by LaBarre/Oksnee in 2006 as a sales producer covering the Scottsdale, Ariz., area. Prior to joining LaBarre/Oksnee, he was employed for 14 years at Merit Property Management holding several ascending positions culminating as the assistant vice president in charge of business development.
