Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc. has completed its acquisition of Trafalgar Marine Insurance Services Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cary Breese, president of Trafalgar, said, “I am very pleased to be leaving Trafalgar and its employees in the extremely capable hands of Arrowhead and its very impressive team.”
Trafalgar Marine Insurance is a specialty provider of Marine and high net worth personal lines insurance products to retail agents, operating in 48 states throughout the United States.
Arrowhead General Insurance Agency is a national insurance program manager based in San Diego. “We are thrilled to be Trafalgar’s new partner and look forward to maintaining the legacy that Cary has built in the firm,” said Mac Armstrong, CFO, Arrowhead.
Merger & Acquisition Services Inc., a specialist investment, advisory and financial services firm to the insurance and reinsurance industry, helped to close the acquisition.
