Seismologists say a light earthquake struck Alaska’s east-central region and was felt in several communities.
The Alaska Earthquake Information Center says the 4.3 magnitude quake occurred at 2:42 p.m. Sunday about 8 miles northwest of Glennallen.
The earthquake was felt in Glennallen, Gakona and Copper Center.
There are no immediate reports of damage.
