Zurich bought out Universal Underwriters,, then my insurance doubled in 2 years,, then Zurich transferred to Arrowhead, then it doubled again in 2 years.. I own a Collision repair shop, Been with the same companies for 25 years, Universal Underwriters were Great, Zurich was less than good, Arrowhead looks like they are going to Suck large.
