I’m sure this isn’t the complete story, and I’m sorry someone is dead; however, if she is suing because he was troubled and killed himself after being shot by the officer, then she should be suing herself for knowing he was troubled. Since she knew that, she should have reported this to the police and had him taken in for a mental evaluation. Also with her saying she is disputing the officer’s story, she’ll be broke before she gets any money. How do you disprove it if you weren’t there?
Apparently her attorney has not seen the video!! He was sitting on the window seal of the truck firing shots first at the officer, stricking the front of his unit. The officer fired back in self defense. Yes, I have seen the entire video. She must have forgotten she told the investigators the husband slowed on the interstate to load his handgun while she was sitting in the passenger seat. Hmmmmm, only out for money.
