This article, and the articles listed as “related” indicate litigation coming from the GREAT (sarcasm inserted here) STATES of California, Massachusetts, and New York. All three money grubbing states will no doubt assure us that the fruits of any litigation will go to defraying damages suffered by their residents. Translation: “Hey, Equifax! Offer us a fat settlement, send us a check made out to The Great State of (insert money grubber here), and close out this suit.” The lucre of this grift will never find it’s way into a single individual’s checking account, but will offset deficits in accounts that fund welfare, food stamps, cell phones, and any other liberal giveaways that the grifters see fit.

Correct me if I’m wrong but state government operates for the benefit of their people. The more money they get the more they are able to spend on us. Do you think social benefits are just thrown into a pit and burned?
