San Diego, CA, September 24, 2015 – Atlas General Insurance Services, LLC, a national multi-line program manager is pleased to announce a new admitted habitational program available in Arizona, California and Nevada. Expanded availability in New Mexico, Oregon and Washington will be coming soon. This program is exclusive to Atlas and is open to commercial apartment buildings, garden apartments, cooperative apartments and condominiums.
Total insured values are offered up to $25,000,000 per location with general liability limits up to $1,000,000/$2,000,000. Coverage is available on a package basis or as monoline general liability or monoline property with deductibles starting at $2,500.
The program is backed by an “A+” A.M. Best rated carrier, and will be managed and underwritten by Jill Bay-Weber, Senior Vice President of Atlas’ Commercial Division (714) 769-9094 jill@atlas.us.com. Competitive commission of 17.5% will be offered along with additional incentives to supporting producers.
