Cynthia Combs, regional director of commercial surety, leads the West Commercial territory of Old Republic Surety Company, and is based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to joining Old Republic Surety, Cynthia was an executive leadership consultant. She has over three decades of surety and insurance expertise, working for both national brokers and surety carriers. She is a licensed property and casualty producer in Oregon. Cynthia holds a degree in finance and has received many industry related awards throughout the years.
