Jeff joined Insurance Quantified after over 11 years at Bloomberg LP, where he innovated and drove transformation across all aspects of trading systems. Prior to Bloomberg, Jeff was a software engineer focused on intelligent radar signal processing algorithms and high-performance computing at Black River Systems Company. Jeff holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute with a focus on applying neural network architectures to signal processing.
