Michael Palotay joined NAS Insurance in 2009 to launch and lead its new Cyber & Technology underwriting facility. By the time NAS was acquired by Tokio Marine HCC in 2019, Michael was serving as chief underwriting officer, overseeing underwriting strategy, product innovation, and enterprise-wide business development.
He was appointed president of the group on January 1, 2022. Michael now serves as CEO of Tokio Marine HCC – Cyber & Professional Lines Group, leading the organization’s strategic growth and reinforcing its commitment to helping people and businesses thrive amid an increasingly complex cyber and professional risk landscape.
