The Role




  • Working with a diverse group of Korean clients and WTW colleagues in a team environment focused on delivering customer satisfaction in all areas

  • Serving as an assertive advocate for WTW clients

  • Providing day-to-day service to clients via telephone and email to ensure their needs are appropriately met

  • Frequent face to face client & prospect interactions including business trips

  • Communicate with insurance carriers to negotiate, evaluate and deliver quotes to exceed client expectations

  • Maintaining quality service plans, open item reports, policy expiration/renewal tracking and completion

  • Collecting & reviewing exposure information for new business and renewals including market submission and client proposal preparation

  • Completing policy reviews and overseeing correction process

  • Managing the invoicing and certificate processes

  • Requesting, tracking and processing audits and endorsements



The Requirements



  • 3+ years of professional experience working with large, complex commercial P & C and insurance clients
  • Clients and prospects relationship management experience
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Bilingual- English/Korean preferred
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor within a team framework
  • Solid insurance brokerage, account management, and servicing skills
  • Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills
  • State license within 6 months of employments
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products a must, specifically Microsoft Excel


Compensation and Benefits



Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation



The base salary being offered for this role is $75,000 - $150,000 USD. The role is also eligible for a Short-Term incentive bonus plan.
