Actuary

AM Specialty Insurance Company (ASIC) seeks a seasoned property-and-casualty reserving actuary to direct reserve analyses and quarterly close activities for its specialty insurance portfolio from the Dallas headquarters. You will generate and evaluate reserve estimates, monitor loss-development trends, and supply actionable actuarial insights to underwriting, finance, and executive leadership while ensuring timely, compliant financial and regulatory reporting. This full-time, on-site role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) requires at least five years of P&C reserving experience, advanced analytical proficiency, and the poise to collaborate across functions.

We are seeking a self-starter with a strong grounding in insurance reserving, excellent technical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across underwriting, finance, and executive leadership teams.
