This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing WTW Global Aviation & Space team, a specialist line of business with long-term career potential. The Associate plays a key role as a broker on the team, managing a portfolio of clients independently while also supporting senior brokers on large, complex accounts. This role is ideal for an insurance professional with experience in aviation insurance broking or underwriting, one who is ready to take on increased responsibility and client ownership.
This role requires a high level of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness to adhere to the team's high service standards, as well as extensive understanding of aviation insurance terminology and placements.
Additional responsibilities may include assisting senior brokers on large, complex accounts with renewal preparation, including exposure gathering, submission creation, quote comparisons and renewal certificate issuance.

3-5+ years’ aviation insurance experience

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000– $100,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Handling all aspect of service and placement for a defined book of diverse aviation risks, including general aviation, airport liability, products liability, etc.
- Leading the renewal and midterm servicing process for these accounts, preparing market submissions, reviewing quotes, drafting coverage comparisons, and negotiating with underwriters.
- Maintaining strong client and internal network relationships by:
- delivering high-quality service
- coordinating timely certificate of insurance and policy issuance
- supporting invoicing and coverage inquiries
- Updating internal filing systems with current policy and client data, maintaining accurate records, and following internal task management checklists to ensure seamless service delivery.

3-5+ years’ aviation insurance experience

- Bachelor’s degree desired but not required
- Insurance broking license (P&C) required, or within 60 days of hiring
