Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing and Media Strategy Manager to lead and manage our lead generation, advertising and media strategies across the organization. As the primary liaison with external marketing companies, media buyers, and advertising agencies, this role requires a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of costs, brand advertising, partnerships, and mass media integration with all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the media planning process and manage the advertising strategy for the organization.
- Collaborate with marketing companies, media buyers, and advertising partners to implement effective campaigns.
- High awareness of building partnerships and methods to increase awareness and productivity with direct insureds and producers.
- Perform competitive media analyses and manage advertising budgets.
- Create campaigns and rollouts for lead generation, producer partnerships, and sales.
- Ensure all advertising efforts are aligned with marketing initiatives across the organization.
- Manage and oversee support teams including social media specialists, event coordinators, campaign managers, administrative staff, data analysts, and web developers.
- Work effectively with executives, senior staff, and cross-functional departments.
- Formulate briefs and scope documents for creative professionals to develop communications tools and market solutions.
- Demonstrate good decision making skills and critical thinking on multiple projects.
- Coordinate, implement, and control projects from inception to launch, including analyzing and reporting on campaign outcomes.
- Manage $1.5 budget to effectively source all campaigns.
- Maintain a strong creative vision, with expertise in editing, production oversight, and hands-on implementation of campaign materials.
- Understand the company's culture, branding, business model, concept extension, and brand.
- Execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Measure and report outcomes of marketing initiatives against objectives.
- Utilize strong interpersonal, verbal, and presentation skills to lead and motivate a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other related work experience.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in lead generation, advertising and marketing, with creative and content expertise.
- Experience in the E&S, Property, and Casualty marketplace is a plus.
- Exceptional project and team management, project management, budgeting, analytics and team building skills.
- Knowledge of website development and marketing analytics tools.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and motivated to drive marketing initiatives and business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in research, adoption, and deployment of new marketing tools and methods.
