We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional / Licensed Insurance Agent to join our commercial team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, provide tailored insurance solutions, and grow within a supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach.
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Negotiate policy terms and pricing to meet client needs while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims processes. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards during all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service quality.


Requirements

  • Valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment start date.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and benefits administration processes is advantageous.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with Applied EPIC and Hubspot are a plus.
