SBA is hiring licensed Medicare agents immediately

SBA is expanding fast and we are hiring 100 licensed Medicare agents now.

If you understand Medicare sales, Medicare compliance, and how to write clean business over the phone, we want to talk to you.

We provide inbound, consumer-initiated Medicare leads.
You focus on selling, documenting correctly, staying compliant, and producing.

This is a serious opportunity for licensed agents who want stability, volume, and real upside.

Position type


For agents in Wake County, North Carolina, this is an in-office position.

For agents outside of North Carolina, we offer a very aggressive work-from-home model for well-qualified applicants.

Work-from-home is not automatic. It is reserved for experienced, licensed Medicare agents with a proven track record, strong compliance habits, and the ability to produce without hand-holding.

Compensation


This position is built for agents who want to earn six figures.

Comp includes:
  • $45,000 base salary
  • Aggressive commission structure
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Cross-sale commission opportunities
  • Provided inbound Medicare leads
  • Opportunity to earn well over $100,000 per year


Top agents who can convert, place clean business, and stay compliant will have the ability to make serious money.

Cross-sale opportunities


Agents can increase earnings through additional product opportunities, including:
  • Final Expense
  • Dental
  • Hospital Indemnity


The more complete the client relationship, the more opportunity there is to earn.

Who we are looking for


We are hiring agents who are ready to work now.

Ideal candidates:
  • Currently licensed health insurance agents
  • Medicare Advantage sales experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Medicare compliance
  • Comfortable selling over the phone
  • Able to handle inbound consumer-initiated leads (1/2)
  • Strong with documentation, call quality, and CRM notes
  • Coachable, competitive, and reliable
  • Able to write clean business at volume


Minimum expectations


This is not a low-effort seat.

Agents are expected to:
  • Understand Medicare compliance
  • Maintain clean call quality
  • Follow all CMS/company rules
  • Properly document every sale
  • Handle inbound leads professionally
  • Produce consistently
  • Protect the client, the company, and the carrier relationship
