Commercial Lines Account Manager – San Diego, CA (Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office)

B.H. Gold Insurance Agency has been serving San Diego businesses and families since 1986 and is one of the region's largest independent and family-owned agencies. We are licensed in all 50 states and are a National Best Practices Agency. We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team.

About the role:

You'll quote, write, and service all lines of commercial insurance for a book of established clients. The position is full-time and can be remote, hybrid, or in-office. Remote and hybrid team members complete training in our office.

What we're looking for:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
• At least two years of commercial lines experience (more is welcome)
• Strong working knowledge of agency management systems and carrier portals
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy workload
• A problem-solver who takes pride in giving clients excellent service
• A collaborative teammate who communicates well, whether remote or in the office
• Experience with carriers such as Capital Insurance Group, Travelers, Mercury, Chubb, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and The Hartford is a plus. We represent most of the major national and regional carriers.
