McGee needs to be fired and I believe we have sufficient votes to take him out and obtain at least two board members. Management has been bilking the company with high wages and low productivity. The company needs a shakeup and have the dead wood removed so this company can be streamlined and dynamic.

McGee is playing with fire and at this point even if he steps up to the plate, my guess is he’s gone. We don’t need some tail dragger as CEO. We need a hungry lean young Cassius to unleash the hidden value and potential of this enterprise. The longer Mcgee gets entrenched with his yes man management the longer it will take to reshape the company into something that could be truly dynamic. That is the trouble with these old companies, they become soft and soft headed at the same time. Management wakes up one day and they don’t give a damn about the owners. They run the company like it is there to server them alone and the shareholders get nothing but disrespect.

I promise McGee’s a short timer. So how he leaves is in his hands; but he’s going. Its time to chisel out the dead and rotten wood.
