    What about claimants who don’t file taxes or aren’t even legal residents?

    In our jurisdiction, we can’t subtract
    premium owing on an auto policy from a claim, even though without the payment the auto policy is not in force except for the grace period.

    what about privacy-sounds like a free tax collector- how would the insured get their property repaired, pay medical bills – could create wholsale bankruptcies- who would be liable for errors-what about illegals-if no tax records can claim be paid-if paid on taxes is payment considered income and taxable

    What about the adverse impacts on loss payees other than named insureds? This alone s/b enough to kill this brain fart of the politicos!
