Other states should start doing the same thing Lawsuits have gotten out of hand. It is time for “common sense” to come back. I’m going to make sure my State Rep. gets a copy of this.
It’s a disgrace how the legal system is all working for class action lawyers. I am totally in support of the above bill to reform and correct abuses that cost all of us too much. We must put a stop to all this nonsense. I just received my contract for renewal for medical insurance and it went up by close to 50% !!!! How can it be? The system is crazy.
