    Why should they go to jail? they didn’t set the place on fire. How about the band that started the fire??? Sorry, accidents happen. It’s tragic, but those people should have also carried life insurance for just in case!

    From what I understand, the owners of the bar are already looking at having to pay millions in damages. How does this ruling help anyone? I hope these guys go to jail for life.

    Hmm… Lets see. I heard the brothers had a cgl policy with $300k Limits. That leaves ~ $3000/non-employee victim. Is that fair?

    I hope the agent who sold them the big $300,000 CGL limit has something signed in the file that shows he offered higher limits. Same for work comp.

    Either these or a huge E&O limit.

    After 10 years in the business I’ve learned that someone who wants low limits is not a client that you want.

    A tragic situation made worse by bad decisions before the event.
