This is disgusting. An New York State Insurance Fund Investigator whose job description is to battle and uncover fraud is making fraudulent requests for reimbursement.
What is even more disgusting is after 20 minutes of web searching I cannot find out what the outcome was. Knowing the way things work she was probably promoted and retired shortly therefater.
