No money is worth going to jail and losing your freedom. And these guys didn’t even get that much. I guess they’ll have some “LOCKDOWN” time to think about their stupidity.
Actually Chaz, it is ABC, but that is a minor error. All of the majors lean dem anyway. But think about it, they will be doing the rest of us a favor as Hillary will get the nomination and there is no way in hell she will ever get elected. There will be such an outpouring of conservatives going to the polls just to make sure she doesn’t win it won’t matter who are candidate is as long as we don’t put up Ron Paul. But the ripple effect on congressional and senate seats will help the Republicans too!. Go Hillary!!!
Want to know why it was so easy to entrap these folks? Because it’s a way of life in all facets of American politics. Why do people spend several fortunes to get elected to political office? Because there are greater rewards monetarily, politically, socially, etc. that await them; and once elected they’re career politicians. I say throw the ba$tard$ out and select members of the public at large to serve political office, and disallow lawyers from participating. I’m sick of these people setting themselves up as American royalty while those of us who toil to pay for it enjoy medical benefits and social security benefits that are much different from those of our career politicians. Toss ’em and put some common sense back into politics.
Correctomungo, ABC. I agree re: Mrs. Bill. She is unelectable, but imagine knowing that 51% of the country literally holds you in utter contempt, yet you still want to run for pres anyway! This is about power and nothing more. She – and the whole dem party – have no agenda except raise taxes and spending, and making your doctor a federal employee.
The article mentions something about maintaining “public trust” in government. What’s so amazing is that anyone trusts any politician anymore. Anyone who trusts government also believes in a land just over the hill where pink unicorns prance and play, where rivers of chocolate flow, and where candied gumdrop trees grow.
As the Sage of Baltimore, H.L. Mencken, said, “A good politician is about as rare as an honest burglar,” and “government is actually the worst failure of civilized man.”
Wouldn’t you think with all the time these blokes spent around the school board they could speak american?
It’s NJ and they want to sound like Tony Soprano. I say throw the book at them.
Sadly, in some parts of the US… that *IS* American.
*shudder*

Agreed, but not in NJ… thats the people in the state above them.
Yes, once again the Republican “Culture of Corruption”, wait… there Democrats, so no mention of party affilation in any of the press.. What a shock!.
Exactly what I was gonna write! You KNOW that they’re Dems because there’s no report of their party affiliation!
Along the same lines, did you hear that NBC won’t release the DVD of The Path to 9/11 because it might adversely affect Bill’s wife’s campaign?

In all the article I read (cnn, bbc, local papers, etc) clearly stated their party affilation – yes even deomcrats can be crooks.
