Not only do I not believe he ever promised her 50% of 50 Cent (and that was worth the paper it was written on) but I can’t believe she’s just learning he’s not an ideal father. Do you think she thought let’s have a child because you’d be such a good father? Hmm. Then again, their parenting skills are probably comparable.
The inaccurate grammar and math aside, what does NY law say about common law marriages? Furthermore, he was 20 when she was 15 so he can add pedophile to his list of ‘accomplishments’. Her stupidity does not excuse him from doing the right thing. Lastly and most germain to this article as it relates to our industry, uless he rebuilds, he’s only going to get ACV for the damage.
ACV would apply if the home is insurued with any company other than Chubb, Fireman’s Fund or AIG – as these premier companies provide a cash settlement offer up to the insured value at time of loss if the home is not rebuilt. I personally know this property is insured with Chubb, so it looks like there will be a $2.4M check being issued pending the results of the investigation!
Let me see – $6,700 a month child support which includes $4,500 for housing. That means she has been getting $54,000 a year for housing while living in “his” house. Total income is $80,532 a year and she is totally broke.
There will be no insurance payout to the homeowner if ithe investigation reveals he had anything at all to do with burning down the house. The fraud exclusion applies. Chubb will surely research it.
This whole claim smells bad. She has reason to burn down the house too because he was asking for rent (since she was getting a housing allowance). With no house she won’t have to pay rent and can go after the insurance money without worrying about 50 Cent.
Why does 99 cents owe her anything other than child support – after a paternity test? Shaniqua, qua, qua needs to get a damn JOB! Sick and tired of these b tches living off our hard work rapping all day long. Rapping is NOT easy. She should only get 50 CENTS!
He must have had something to do with it. So what if he was in another town, havent you heard of crazy people? Maybe he is broke and needs the insurance money. I think that is the only reason why the house went down.
But thanks to IJ, I have learned that in 1995 Shaniqua was 15. Thirteen years later, Shaniqua is now 32.
How much is Fiddy plus Fiddy? Hunner an ten?
I just wanted to use the name Shaniqua twice in one paragraph.

You’re assuming she was 15. As a previous poster pointed out she could have been older. Curtis could have been 19 at the time.
I do apreciate that your post ended as it should by examining the potential claims handling of the loss. Wish others could do likewise.

Great management of her income!
Thanks for the laugh, that was funny.

He had obvious reasons to burn it down too.
This one will be interesting to watch.

He’s not broke – he made a tidy sum when Coke bought Vitamin Water (he had a stake in it) and his albums are doing fairly well.
If, and I stress IF, he had anything to do with it, it would have been purely to get her out of his house.
And to answer the question of a previous poster, they were never married.
Keep your head up everything done in the dark. The truth will come out in the light,so do not worry about problems that seem big right now!
